Password not working?

If you get the error message, "You do not have the necessary rights to access this page", your web browser may have stored incorrect login details. Try the following.

Resetting your password

  1. Click the registration link to register for the event

  2. Enter your email address into the login form

  3. Tick forgot password

  4. Click send. A temporary password will be emailed to you

  5. Copy the password from the email and paste it into the password field. Be careful to only copy the password, and not any extra spaces. It is recommended you use copy and paste rather than typing in the temporary password.

    Note:
If you have repeated this process at any stage, be sure to use the most recent email from the system, as the passwords change each time.

  6. Once you have logged in successfully with your temporary password, a form will appear prompting you to enter a new password.

PLA has provided me a wealth of opportunities to meet and collaborate with other open space and recreation professionals eager to share their knowledge and has also allowed me to share my ideas in a cooperative and safe environment.

Louise, Consultant

It's important to keep up with new technology and techniques in managing Parks & Open Spaces and hear from industry leading operators about how we can do things more environmentally friendly and effectively. I also enjoy the networking and meeting people from the different organisations. It keeps me fresh and motivated to improve things.

Jason, Manager, Hume City Council

I have found the seminars and conferences run by PLA have provided a vehicle to create friendships and professional affiliations amongst the membership from as close as the adjoining council to as far away as interstate and overseas.
