Due to the escalation around the fear of COVID-19, this event has been postponed until a future date.

This panel discussion event is part of the NGV Melbourne Design Week 2020. It is being hosted by 106 Architects and will explore the impact Third Place design thinking has on the future of our built environment, including community sports infrastructure.

Featuring industry experts in urban planning, sport and landscape architecture as well as a globally recognised strategic leader and influencer, Transforming Everyday Public Spaces Into Thriving Third Places explores redefining social culture by injecting familiarity and intimacy of human connection into everyday public spaces.

The event is being supported by the 2020 Greg Maddock Memorial Grant which was awarded to Dion Gosling from 106 Architects. This grant is awarded annually to a member to improve and expand their knowledge, and deliver best practice services to our communities.
