The Provision and Management of Dog Parks Seminar was held at Maroondah Nets in Heathmont. The seminar provided an opportunity for the 50 attendees to listen to leading professionals in the fields of dog management and off-leash dog area development. There were also presentations by staff from Glen Eira City Council and Maroondah City Council on examples of ways to manage dog off-leash areas. Many attendees took advantage of the opportunity to see first-hand the dogs enjoying Eastfield Dog Park.
