There are many factors that contribute to effective and reliable irrigation systems for fields of play and their surrounds. In the face of a drying climate, water is a precious and at times, expensive resource that needs to be used wisely. Weather data is important. Are all water sources appropriate for irrigating fields of play and their surrounds? Does size matter? What is advanced hydro-zoning and why is it important? How does sprinkler layout and uniformity really affect irrigation system performance?

If you have ever considered any of these questions or issues, this webinar will help you find some answers and help you to ensure your project is fit-for-purpose design to suit your organisation/client's outcomes.

Troy will share his insights about irrigation design for fields of play and their surrounds, drawing from his local and international experience across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia, on a wide range of project types. Troy has a passion for all sports and a deep understanding of how they are played, which assists when working on these projects from an irrigation perspective.

Following Troy's presentation, our facilitator Nick Matthews will invite questions from our participants for a 20-minute Q&A session with Troy about irrigation system design and performance.
