The Oran Park development offers a many community facilities including new water parks in Dawson-Damer Park and Julia Reserve.
Dawson-Damer Park has 30 water features including a large dump bucket, water slides, water spinners and is accessible with wheelchairs available to book through Camden Council. It also includes a ninja warrior course, swings, trampolines, basketball facilities, picnic areas, family change rooms and much more.
Julia Reserve Youth Precinct has the largest skate park in South West Sydney catering to beginners right up to elite skaters. Other highlights of Julia Reserve Youth Precinct include:
