Parks & Leisure Australia - (VICTAS): 2021

Kiss, Cathy (Author); Harbottle, Ryan (Author)

Skating is a popular activity in the City of Melbourne, with hundreds of local and visiting skaters using the City's skate parks and other public spaces each week. In this first of the series of Industry Talk, Cathy Kiss and Ryan Harbottle, Skate Parks Manager, YMCA at City of Melbourne, share their insights into managing skate in the City. Their conversation will focus on how they encourage skating, and the successful Skate Ambassador Program which helps to navigate any issues that emerge along the way.
