$58,438 plus 20% Loading plus 10% Superannuation

As a full-time position, you will undertake various daily administrative activities that support the day-to-day guest experience in accordance with established procedures and standards.

You will also play an active role in implementing any procedures developed to increase memberships and/or convert prospects to memberships or multi visit passes.

* Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster is essential

What you will bring…

  • Ability to demonstrate and display City of Melbourne Values – accountability, integrity, courage, respect for self and others, and striving for excellence.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the health and fitness or hospitality industries
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in relation to cash handling, point of sale reconciliation and daily banking procedures
  • Demonstrated experience excel with administrative tasks with particular ability to work independently and multitask
  • A Working with Children Check
  • A current Pool Lifeguard certificate and experience supervising patrons at an aquatic facility

To be eligible for this role, you must have the following (or willingness to obtain prior to appointment): 

  • First Aid HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011
  • Pool Lifeguard (including CPR HLTAID00) SISCAQU002, SISCAQU006, SISCAQU007
  • Working with Children Check
