In consultation with the Melbourne City Baths Manager, this position will implement, monitor and promote a high quality customer experience program, with a focus on supporting new, and retaining existing customers.
This position will provide leadership to a team of gym instructors who are primarily responsible for conducting lifestyle and progress consultations, fitness assessments, exercise prescriptions and undertake retention activities. The Active Experience Team Leader will oversee the personal training program ensuring lease holders deliver service in line with customer experience expectations.
