This position provides leadership to a team of pool lifeguards ensuring high quality aquatic supervision and provision of aquatic facilities that adhere to industry guidelines. This includes the coordination of six monthly emergency management and regular in-house training requirements in consultation with the People Development Officer.
This role will provide a high level of customer experience ensuring aquatic services and facilities are delivered in line with customers’ needs and expectations.
