An exciting opportunity exists in our Development team for an experienced and enthusiastic Landscape Development Officer. In this role you will help shape the streetscape and open space amenity of Cardinia by reviewing detailed and conceptual landscape plans from streetscapes to open space and everything in between. You will be responsible for the assessment, approval and monitoring of landscape and associated works with a particular emphasis on new parkland developments and streetscape planting across Cardinia Shire. Working with a diverse team and liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders you will have a keen eye for detail but also the ability to see the wider context and vision of the area. You will have demonstrated experience in checking and working with detailed landscape plans, ideally with greenfield development sites.
