Position overview

We are looking for a full time Coordinator to assist in leading our Recreation Centre in Bairnsdale in delivering great services and programs for our community. This is a 12 month limited tenure position.

What we require from you:

• Substantial experience of management within a wet and dry leisure facility and broad experience of most areas of a leisure facility including knowledge of required accreditation standards.
• Current RLSS Pool Lifeguard Award.
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
• Previous experience in pool supervision.
• Pool operators course/water quality course.
• Advanced Resuscitation.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check.
• A current, valid Victorian Driver’s licence.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a current Police Check, Employee Working with Children Check, Pre Employment Medical Check and be fully vaccinated against Covid 19. Applicants for this position must also be legally entitled to work in Australia.
