In conjunction with the Melbourne City Baths Manager, this position will implement, monitor and promote a high quality customer experience program with a focus on supporting new, and retaining existing customers.
This position will provide leadership to a team of Group Fitness Instructors (Agency Contractors) who are engaged to deliver group exercise, tailored fitness and wellbeing programs.
