Healthy Heart of Victoria (HHV) aims to improve health outcomes across the Loddon Campaspe region. HHV has made thoughtful improvements to existing outdoor places in disadvantaged areas to make them more safe, accessible and active. HHV provided leadership during COVID-19 by adapting projects and working in partnership to address emerging health and wellbeing needs.
