Mental Health Week

Mental Health is something which is more than ever an important topic. Mental Health Week is a national week celebrated each year in October starting with World Mental Health Day on October 10.

The work we all do in our industry truly supports the foundation of mental health and the links between parks, recreation and the good use of leisure time is well documented.

PLA encourages all of its members and regions to promote what we do, and get involved by visiting your own respective State Health Agency.
