March E-News

Dear

Ten years ago, Australia didn't have a national infrastructure database. It does now, listing over 8,400 sites and supported by 500+ organisations. This national infrastructure database is a  planning resource that may benefit a significant proportion of members including local government, the overall industry and ultimately local communities.  PLA members can now access the database for free [register].

Also this month we congratulate our National Finance Director Tim Sargent who has been selected to represent Australia at the Over 50s Cricket World Cup. On Friday Tim leaves for South Africa and we wish him and the Australian team the best of luck.

Finally make sure you don't miss out on entering our Awards of Excellence as nominations close 27th March.  If you haven't already, start thinking about which project or individual to enter and also nominate your park and/or open space for an International Green Flag Award.  Happy reading.
