NOVEMBER E-News

Dear

We were delighted to welcome more than 600 professionals from across Australia and overseas who attended the National Conference in Perth last month.  PLA2019 focused on the importance of linking our local parks, open spaces and facilities to the health and well-being of our nation.  To read about the key outcomes of the event download our PLA2019 Perth Statement.

Sport Australia Chief Executive Kate Palmer and PLA President Paul Jane signed a partnership agreement at the conference that will, in the future, expand into a Memorandum of Understanding on our shared areas of interest.

Also last month we celebrated the National Awards of Excellence winners and the International Green Flag Award recipients. The winners and photos of the night can be found on our website....

Lastly, make sure you don't miss out on your copy of the Australasian Parks and Leisure Journal hitting desks on December 12 and available online soon.

Sincerely , Mark Band, CEO
