Gil Peñalosa, Canada

Rachael Robertson CSP, MBA
Rachael Robertson is a dynamic leader and superbly strategic thinker under the most challenging circumstances. She successfully led the 58th Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition to Davis Station - only the second female to lead a team at the Station and one of the youngest-ever leaders. With over 20 years’ experience leading teams in complex and challenging environments, Rachael is now transforming leadership as one of the most in demand and inspirational speakers.

Dr Jason Fox
Dr Jason Fox is an award winning speaker and motivation design expert on a quest to liberate the world from poorly designed work processes. By the age of 25, he had completed a PhD, written two books and lectured at three universities.
Now, he shows forward-thinking leaders how to use motivation science and game design to boost productivity, influence behaviour, and build for the future of work.
The Conference Programme
We have planned an exciting programme of events aimed at maximising networking and promotional opportunities for delegates, sponsors and exhibitors, whilst creating an enjoyable and rewarding experience for all. Starting on the evening of Sunday 13 October, TRANSFORMING – PEOPLE and PLACES will be launched with a conference Welcome Reception at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG).
The Conference will officially commence on Monday 14 October with a line-up of dynamic and inspirational speakers discussing issues that are transforming the parks, leisure and associated industries. The line-up of speakers will continue throughout Tuesday and Wednesday culminating with the Parks and Leisure Australia (PLA) National Awards of Excellence Gala Dinner on the evening of Wednesday 16 October in the spectacular Grand Ballroom overlooking Albert Park.
